What is the best way to book with you?
We offer preferred pricing through private bookings, though we’re also on other platforms. Email correspondence is preferred.

Does your facility have TV?
Every room is equipped with a 40" TV, a Google Chromecast with Netflix, and access to local basic TV channels.

Is there internet available?
Yes, we provide 1 Gigabit service, ensuring all guests can stream and use the internet without issues.

Do all your rooms have a private bathroom?
Yes, all rooms have their own designated, attached private bathrooms—not shared.

How many guests can stay in each room?
Main level rooms (Captain and Courtyard) accommodate 2 guests each. Upper level rooms (Sunset and Watercolour) permit 3 guests, with a couch that converts into a sleeping arrangement.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For Canadian guests: e-Transfer, cash, or cheques. For American guests: cash or checks (converted to CAD based on Google’s exchange rate on booking day). We’re working on adding credit card payments soon.

What do you require for a deposit?
We request a $200 deposit, fully refundable if canceled 15 days before check-in. Within 15 days, the deposit is forfeited. For bookings over 5 days, a 50% deposit is required, with the remainder due at check-in.

Can I buy a gift certificate?
No, we do not offer gift certificates at this time.

Can I arrive early?
We’ll do our best to accommodate early arrivals—please inform us of your intended time. If early check-in isn’t possible, we offer storage for belongings and parking (subject to availability). Standard check-in is 4:00 PM.

Can I request a late check-out?
Please inquire about late check-out. If no one is checking in after you, we can accommodate a later departure. Standard check-out is 10:30 AM.

Can I stay for just one night?
We typically require a two-night minimum, but one-night stays may be available on weeknights later in the season (July/August), excluding weekends.

Do you serve breakfast?
We don’t offer breakfast, but each room includes a bowl of fruit, granola bars, a complimentary bottle of wine, water, and milk for coffee.

What appliances are in the room?
Each room has a K-cup coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, and bar fridge. The Courtyard room includes a full-sized kitchen.

Is there parking available?
One spot is designated per room. Additional parking is available at the public lot across Downie Street at the bus terminal (free overnight). Inquire if you need more on-site parking.

Can I bring my child?
Our facilities are not designed to accommodate small children.

Can I smoke or vape in my room?
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking is permitted—please be mindful of other guests. A $300 surcharge applies for indoor smoking/vaping to cover odor cleaning.

All rooms and the entrance use keypad combinations. You’ll receive access details via email (or your preferred method) once your room is ready.
